Another advantage of Engineering is it usually leads to a good paying entry level job, so you will have more income to invest in Real Estate.In terms of Law, I doubt getting a JD would be productive - unless you want to be a Real Estate lawyer.

Save your valuable time for putting together deals and growing your business.I recommend getting a PM, great RE accountant, have PM send over reports monthly to the accountant, and get a great lawyer.
