About 1.5 years ago, I purchased (conventional loan) and have been living in a 3x3.5 townhouse with a family member (brother) in a first attempt to start building equity through a house hack/BRRR strategy.

That lawsuit would cost more than the building, if you lose, and if you win you will still be out a lot of money; and way more stress than the batteries.

However - my job is very high paying so I will look to build savings and start making my first purchases.  

The "For Sale" sign and phone number were posted on the front of the building, nowhere else.

The new builds in the outskirt towns are fine and if you buy with a primary loan, you can get a great interest rate.

I know a little spanish so we do ok on communication, but I don't know how to handle this in a way that is non discriminatory.
