Otherwise, leave the grease in the pan until the pan is cool and use a paper towel to give it a good wipe and then wash the pan with soap and hot water.

Are you sure you don't want to think over the "No Dishwasher"  It is my understanding that dish washers use less water then washing by hand and you can buy a dishwasher for the same price as a Kitchen cabinet.  

I picked the experience wholesaler, my assumption was he has been in the business he should definitely know what a good deal was.  

For those investing in NJ - I'm being told that plumbing code says I am required to put washing machine hookups in both units of a 2 family that I am renovating.

@Anish Patel For a 23 unit multi-family of mine, it's roughly $200-$250.My cost for the water (high sewer rate) & electric is around $50, so my net is roughly $150-$200.It's a great amenity for tenants, I charge $1.75 per wash & $1.75 for dryer, I own the machines.I did have a recent incident where someone accessed the coin box and removed all the money!

Even getting a side gig like mowing lawn, washing cars, delivering food can put $10k in your pocket in a few months and then you can start investing in real estate with your own cash.
