At the end of the day, if you are working full time it will be very hard for you to attend the trainings anyway, do lots of youtube, lots of networking with your time after work and little by little you will feel more confident as you gain knowledge.

I would agree with the conclusion of @Henry Lazerow, although for different reasons, and suggest that you bid with confidence knowing that that this is not going to be an issue with the 3rd unit or a headache from a violations standpoint.
