What do you folks think about RE agents who have homes listed that are about to go to the Foreclosure auction but don't actively try to sell the property or let their clients know about alternative solutions?

I am thinking my only solution is to go with the sellers to the credit union and explain the situation and see if they will allow the note to be left in place for a few months and freeze the line.

Solution=find a experienced residential architect who isnt working a whole bunch right now.

They were pretty ignorant of possible solutions to HOA acquired property and appreciative to hear about other options that were available to them.

If something is unsustainable it won't be sustained.
