Where do most of their visitors come from and are those countries also slipping into recession like the US?

You can’t make money taking a suitable, CO ready house and restyling.

The outdoors are generally a good bet to draw visitors/tourists.

USDA loans are another option for you, but they are more suitable for rural areas.

If the past year has taught us anything here in VT, its that our economy is driven by out of state visitors and a law that is too strict on this could really hamper that moving forward.

However, I think it makes more sense in my position to find something suitable in Dallas to minimize living expenses before looking elsewhere. 

Somewhere that I felt at home and not like a visitor in someone else's place.2. 

If plenty of suitable land is available for a repair/replacement/expansion system, this may not be too big a deal ($1k-$3k), but if not (and sanitary sewer is not available) - a repair solution could run $5-$20k for a pumped or on-site treatment system.

Also Branson(where I'd buy the condo) gets around 9 million visitors a year so places stay pretty booked.

I have continuously visited Catskill and over the past seven years I have seen it grow in terms of visitors from out of town.
