In an effort to improve my skills as an investor while also helping others do the same, I thought I’d start by offering my knowledge about home remodeling.

If you are a construction worker, skilled tradesmen, handyman, etc do yourself a HUGE favor and guard your time.

Only reason to partner is if the other person brings a skill set you can’t live without (very rare) or if the deal is too big for either of you to take on alone.

(Money is easy to come by - so offer that plus your other skills and then be willing to accept a 40/60 or 50/50 split) You aren't doing enough volume to afford to pay someone to do what you are looking for full time and honestly that is too broad of a skill set for most people to have. 

It's safe to say that one of the most valuable skills a real estate investor can have is not only finding, but recognizing a good deal.

Perhaps you have good carpenter skills so and know the ins n outs say 10,000 out of pocket.

Electricians and other skilled people make $40-$60 per hour here.

and the time to chase down the leads and some closing skills. 

There is huge potential in Park City, especially if you have construction skills, but the buy in is a lot higher.
