I took down some wood paneling, took off all the interior doors, and I've been filling the garage/family room with all stuff I'm tearing out.The house is still winterized and the water off, and I may just leave it that way all winter so I don't have to heat the place when I'm not there.

Lets compare our rates for different trades.Denver prices---curious what everyone else paysPaint- $1 per sq foot interior onlyPaint- $1.65 per foot interior/ exteriorTile $3 per footGranite- $35 per foot fab and installCabinets- Average size kitchen $2200 solid wood, 42in shaker,+- $500 for smaller or larger kitchens.Carpet & Pad- average $1.5 per sq footHardwood refinish- $1.25 per footdrwall-hang, tape, finish for about 1k sq feet= $2500.

If it is gutted, I would think it would make it easier to check out all the wiring, plumbing, gas lines, any wood rot, termites, etc.
