Without A/B testing you won’t know which ads are truly performing and which ones to keep vs those to shut down.

They shut off the water at the street, went into the crawlspace (about 5 feet in) cut the CPVC pipe, put on a shark bite, and handed my wife an invoice for $238.What I am finding is that as I go through these painful early projects, I'm slowly building a list of quality, reliable, cost-effective service providers.

   I talked RE everyday for a while ,my wife thought I was obsessed and wanted me to Shut up about it .So  quit talking and I bought two properties at a nice bargain price , the best of the two I was offered $20,000 then up to $28,000 above what I paid in the first week .all I had done to it was a load of gravel, a gate, and change locks.         

Become obsolete in a heart beat, get sued, get shut down, get shut out, fail.A property can have a bad tenant, yes.

San Diego has shut down a number of dispensaries -- very few are actually licensed -- and the power that be there have talked about stiff penalties for those that continually get shut down and pop up in other locations.  

That's what you get for being honest - shut down!

I'm prone to getting yelled at for emptying the oven and forgetting to shut it down.

Anyone legit would post this publicly and shut up the neigh sayers.
