Near my area, there are single zip codes that have both desirable properties and sections with shoot-outs, so ruling out entire zip codes eliminates good properties; or, allowing certain zip codes completely brings you those riskier areas too.Here's a thread that has some good discussion along similar lines:http://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/52/topics/43032-neighborhood-that-you-wouldn-t-consider-investing-in-

That makes sense since the thin fiberglass shell of the tub doesn't seem strong enough to support the weight of an adult.I wonder if prior to placing a new liner in, they can drill several small holes into the bottom of the old tub and shoot mortar or epoxy or something underneath to shore up the support.Thanks for the info.
