How often do RE deals fall through and result in litigation?

While obviously I invest in RE and prefer it too, check the stats.

I heard through a BP podcast and from other investors that Loopnet and other similar sites are the "bottom of the barrel" when it comes to RE finds. 

So addictive to this RE thingy!!!

The technique used by both Re-Bath and BathFitters just seems to me like a cop out.

for me personally  it was getting my RE license then going to all the sales meetings and networking with the top selling agents..
