Bigger you go, the more you are going to need the correct vehicle or less investors are going to have contribute more capital.There are companies and people who will do the paperwork to ensure the active roles are documented and the legalities are followed.

Yes you can still deduct interest, I don't believe it is a 1099, though, talk to a tax pro to figure out the proper paperwork.

I also listen/buy some books in between the podcasts and YouTube videos, but books add up in cost before you know it.I'm also putting together all of the due diligence checklists/paperwork/team members/Microsoft project schedule, for each style house and customizing to the specifics like level of rehab or a 3 and 2 or 3 and 1 etc.
