Do you know for this type of repair if I have to give 48 hour notice?

If we decide to sell the property, can we give the tenants appropriate notice or do we have to wait for the end of the lease term?

There was a judgement foreclosure notice taped to the door that showed the owners name and the name of the bank.

Although i'm not a contractor, the only damage that I noticed was some slight cosmetic water damage in a few small places on the exterior trim boards.

I go there for a conference every year and there has been a noticeable year over year improvement with more happening and vacant commercial space filling up.

I get a notice for a couple of small weeds barely visible up close, yet my neighbors can place basketball hoops in the middle of the street (not allowed), window AC units (not allowed) cars parked on sidewalks and in once case a lawn for a month (def. not allowed), etc.

Note that there isn't a third party "Loan Servicing Agent" for this loan because the custodian did not require one at the time the loan was made (I noticed that they now do require one).  

I am new to REI and noticed a lot of seasoned investors have been buzzing for awhile about this 2016 crash.

Public notice for a rezone is standard in every jurisdiction I have worked in.. same with filing your pre plat.. and you will usually have dissenters.. rarely does the public come out in support of a Developer... being the big bad boys we are
