When pursuing property owners, heirs of deceased owners or persons with legal interest(s),  it's called skip tracing.There is an entire industry of people who this for a living as well as subscription-based software devoted to findings people. 

is there software others are using to figure it?

I would like yo know, if there are any websites or softwares that any one use to find the address (if owner lives at other location) and name of the home owner.

We could not afford the pricey mentorship program they offered, but instead we signed up for a "business start up kit" and some fancy software called Propstream.Realizing how big of an opportunity there was to make money in real estate, I decided it was best if I took my current monthly rent payment and applied that to owning a house instead.

Anyways, after taking a week to respond she also decides to tell them she refuses to sign off on the appraisal until an inspection is done on the wood stove because the home inspection says it is required(home inspection says "monitor" wood stove since he was not able to fully inspect it).
