I think it's fitting the miles along I-95 are through almost all (the exception is in Johnston county from Kenly to Benson) through counties classified by NC Commerce as 'distressed'.

We both lived 1.5 miles away from here separately 2 years ago.

I appreciate any thoughts.When I was working the area down there I had to drive over 20 miles to get a storage unit.

Not saying this isn't a good deal, but investing 1,000 miles away without knowing the area is seldom a good idea unless you do a tremendous amount of due diligence.

I was strolling thru realtor today, and saw a 8 unit apartment complex less than 5 miles from my house and current rental.

Being roughly 20 miles from Palm Springs and 8 miles from Coachella what are your seasonal or big events each year? 

Look at what similar for example 3 units around same SQ footage in a .5 mile radius sold for in last 6 months.

Account ClosedI am very knowledgeable when it comes to multifamily (got kind of a tech savvy brain too) but really just don't have the same technical knowledge about cell towersWhen I google mapped the area, I did see some  open vacant land a few miles away being farmed (you can get that in south texas) there is always a chance somebody can sneak in a mono pole (its not a monster sized tower) The people in the single family houses are really good tools to keep competition off your block but just a few miles away, people's voices will not be a as strong

@Rich Tirado some companies charge a base hook-up fee of $35 to $100 and then charge $2.50 to $5 per mile.
