Legitimate leasing brokers do not usually work on such arrangements.If the leasing broker is not experienced we often say we want to talk directly to the leasing person working at the tenants company not some outside person.

**If no title policy is being issued, only an attorney can draft such documents.I would assume all attorneys who do closings would have an insurance underwriter so they can issue policies, because that is where a closing venue makes it's money.
