Now, with that said, you should protect yourself by filing a law suit against the person of interest and have a judgement from the court to back your statements, before posting names, numbers and personal info on line.Even if the person has done such a dastardly job and ripped you off, he/she must be found guilty in either small claims court ($14-$29) filing fee depending what county in WA State, Civil/Superior ($20-$400) filing fee depends what county in WA.

I also ask them to let people know they are moving and that it's a good place to live and that i'm a good landlord.The reality is that i can keep their deposit if they don't fulfill the lease term  The reality is that I can get a judgement against them if they leave early and i'm unable to re-rent - however the reality is that i likely wouldn't be able to collect on the judgement
