Hi there guys...hi everyone,Does anybody knows an experience Attorney/Lawyer who doing Lease Options, Wholesaling Lease Options Assigning Lease Options aka Rent to Own in Western NY counties /area.I have done a lot of direct mail marketing in this area and talk to a lot of sellers but I am rely not so confident to forward my assignment contracts /agreements kind of scared.I am in need for an experience Lawyer, pay them money to check and look at my contracts so i can close the deals with this sellers.Also I have done a lot of research and studies on Lease Options or Rent To Own and I would be happy to share the deals to someone who can help me out and walk me through to get my first deal.Highly appreciate your help guys...thanking you much.Dennis

I remember when I bought my first rental properties the seller was an immigrant from Brazil. this was 2001 and he started investing in the 70s.

This is YOUR property, no one will care about it more than you will.As @Steve Vaughan said above, make sure to talk with an estate planning lawyer and your CPA so you won't be surprised with a very large bill handed to you by the IRS at the end of the year.Good Luck!

I grew up with Heinlein's quote, "always ask the experts, they will tell you what cannot be done and why- then go do it"  Anyway, we are doing a rehab and I hired a guy on the spot who I met serendipitously- I was going to do a painting job that night, stopped off at the lawyers, and there was a painter there.Anyway, wound up hiring him to redo the bathroom.
