As a college student it's not always easy to eat healthy but I've started being way more intentional about eating plenty of fresh, organic produce,  cutting down on  my sugar intake, and abstaining from the consumption of alcohol.

Now that my health is back on track, I want to continue my dream of being financially independent and help others accomplish the same.

I'd like a healthy and solid team, so I'll focus on building that first.

I don’t believe that the high school education is the most important thing in your life right now, but I do believe it would be healthy for you to do the mundane while pursuing your ambitious passions.

Currently, the opportunity is to buy small capes (1000-1500sq ft) that have not been renovated in decades, add foundation, second floor, open floor plans, current accessories, appliances and flip them for a healthy profit.

A healthy margin would be $1,400 to $1,800 per month per door, plus any profit you can make from ancillary businesses such as a maintenance division.

(2nd to last since if they are actually a bad tenant the last landlord will likely just lie and give them a glowing review, anything just to get them out of his rental).You're only argument is "that's not how it's usually done, and something feels fishy".
