The only thing I can think of is receipts for expenses that you may haul around in a grocery bag to you local accountant, but you could scan them and send copies to anyone.

Do a search for "property exempt from a judgement in Texas" and you will see the list is extensive and unless they own rental property or expensive toys(difficult) you will not collect unless they decide to pay.
