It's the fun of the hunt, the chase and the kill, not the money for me.I have a family member who is finally comming home and his wife drove him to poverty, so I'll be getting him restarted.Overall, I'll be setting things up for winding down, getting my play time organized and some travel.I'll find about 10 people starting out or with a few years of experience and provide some startegies for them to do at least three deals.

Somehow the developer in the 1950's failed to exempt his 1/2 when he sold the property with the new SFH, and that 1/2 has stayed with the land through all the transfers through this year.I toyed with keeping them, just for fun, but the deal was ready to close and escrow was already funded and I didn't want to confuse my buyer.Mineral rights language typically allows for surface access, so always read your title report.

I'll use insurance and accept the risk in the mean time and have no-one to blame if luck calls in its favor...It seems complicated and not-fun to set up the llc and run the property through it, nevermind the cost.
