I was thinking about having 1 account for each property that I hold roughly $10k in to account for reserves, CapEx, vacancy ect. and then adding to the account as I get closer to big ticket items needing to be replaced.

@Runelon AlcudiaIf you are not from Jacksonville, you should take a flight down there and explore the different neighborhoods.One person might say he won't invest in an area while another person will say that is the best neighborhood to invest in.A rough generalization of Jacksonville, The North / West sides are the rougher sides.The East / South are the safer parts of town.Best of luck with your investing.
