The range of quotes I’ve gotten is nuts, with one guy wanting to charge $1 per square foot of living space and someone wanting $6.75 per linear foot.

Prices just went nuts everywhere, and getting a house near the sand just moved out of a lot peoples price range on Galveston.

What drove me nuts and lost my hair is that the same information that was provided for $4grand, I found on Youtube 2 days later. :( Guess everyone's journey will be different but I refuse to max out credit cards, max out life savings or 401k for a mentorship/coaching.

The investment market should continue to be strong for the foreseeable future just hard to find deals on and off market, but you can't catch fish unless you going fishing everyday.

Or is it still the same way it's always been: that at any time, and in any situation, you can find a good deal and just keep fishing?

If you have ever Steelhead fished.. what Makes it so good is its only 4 miles up from Tidewater and NO boats can get through it they have to take out before they get to his place.. and there is one Hell of a Salmon run in the fall.. you get your two fish in about 30 minutes 15 to 30 lbs each.
