Not only are those difficult to argue with, they actually do serve a purpose in helping warn BP members of real danger that may be lurking out there - common with gurus, for example, shady wholesalers, and other fringe players. 

THAT is "it works".Lastly... here is why being stubborn/stupid/ignorant/unaware/etc. etc. is dangerous (I an not calling you any of these names.. but the fact remains... irrelevant how or why you don't listen...).

I'm not an attorney, and this gets into some grey territory, but if you sign a lease renewal with them then the rules in that new lease now apply to them. 

Dangerous breeds typically consist of: Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepard and more but those are the common ones. 

In short, Atlanta is a volatile, and somewhat dangerous market.

Are they a danger to yourself or others?

by checking some basics datas , i found out that Cleveland has some cons: unfriendly weather, high criminilaty, declining population, slow growing job market...my concerns are especially:  declining population and slower job market growth (than the national average).do these 2 factors make the city a dangerous place for long term investment ? 

Oh yes, people get very territorial in SS industry, intensely so, and it makes a major difference.

Buying is nice - you'll rake in loads of quarters.Just remember that higher utility bills come with the territory.
