I was simply looking to understand the current rates for these services in 2024 to see if it's a viable business opportunity.

Borrowing from the equity must be done wisely, or you will end up with negative cash flow and be at high risk due to over-leveraging.NOTE: I use interest rates much lower than they currently are in 2024!

@Russell Taylor I guess it depends on your current tax bracket with your incomes. 

@Ashni Modi,I'm not sure if now is the best time in Phoenix. 11 years ago, I purchased SFR for $110K in Phoenix metro, which is currently worth about $380K, so I think that the market is at the top now and will correct.

If it's currently an investment property, property taxes may be your best friend.
