If you want to change the size, rise/run, location, etc. you're going to need permits, etc.If you hire out a total rebuild, the contractor will most likely have to be licensed and insured.Honestly, I'd do this myself.

Having a CA LLC you will have the privilege of paying an additional $800 charge on your CA return, and you may also owe another $800 fee for both the Texas and Wyoming LLCs if your activity rises to a certain minimal level.If any of these entities are multiple member LLCs they may be taxed as partnerships and its my guess you will need some professional assistance for that.

Philly is a block by block city so a home that is 300 feet away is still well within the 0.25 mile radius but can be in an entirely different neighborhood with a considerable higher or lower property value.
