I was thinking on buying a Row House in Metuchen, NJ (a wealthy residential borough, well connected with a direct train to New York City - 45 min); the house is located at about 15 min walking distance to the train station, also in the town center, where the train station is, a huge building complex with luxury apartments was just built as well as a Whole Foods store which is going to open soon.The questions are:1- Which are the Pro and Cons of buying a Row House?

My applicant (already approved), is telling me his current landlord (apt complex) is currently HOLDING him because he didn't fill out his notice to vacate form properly (not on THEIR form).....So he CAN'T MOVE for another 60 days (MAY27), since he filled out the wrong one.....

I understand you currently have a simple calculation My point was just that your next 1031 with the accumulated depreciation from this DST will require a slightly more complex calculation- so it may benefit to begin working with a CPA now if you will stay in DSTs long term.
