just wanted to say Hi to all of you, I'm based in Dubai and have my rental property running beside my employment job (still not retired).I'm available for any inquiry about Real estate market in Dubai as a friend.

Rent prices right now have downward pressure, but that could simply be seasonality.One trend that is common when looking at good deals are houses that are listed with more bedrooms or bathrooms then what the city has listed. 

There is a mileage requirement (typically 50 miles) and the  "Underwriters" use common sense that can and will question the intention of the second Home.

Pick up a side “gig” to make extra money above and beyond your income…don’t let pride get in the way (I did when I was your age; new car, nice clothes, one job because I “went to school” to work one job; BS).

Yesterday my job was eliminated, so my main source of income is gone, however, I have $1,425/mo coming in from a condo that's paid off.

All do the job just fine.If you think you'll want to get new tenants at some point, late spring/summer have been the easiest times for us.
