BONUS: Dropbox bought HelloSign, so now it's integrated into Dropbox and you can do 3 docs/month for free.2) If you do Quickbooks, use online version, which is also in the cloud.3) While Google Docs is nice to use (and free), prefer Word because you can use the Developer tool to make locked forms that you can easily tab through to fill out only the areas/fields that change.

Starting out I would try and figure out neighborhoods that aren't being targeted by most agents and you will have less competition.The best exposure for little or no cost is using social media, Write valuable blog posts about things in your area, For example one of the best responses I ever received was one blog post talking about our local recycling center.

Sonoma little lessLake county just north and mendo just north is less.Oregon far less as well.. in the Dundee hills of ORegon when i first came here in 90 there was not a lot going on the value was in TIMBER then i just sold the land off for homesites I know look at some of the stuff i owned that was Jury soil southern exposure and its got vineyards on it.. have not check vineyard land prices in a while concentrated on building houses these days.
