I put "address service requested" on the envelope and mail does get redirected, however I get many letters back with label stating "not deliverable as addressed".

Use private money as a first, make a non-recourse note as a second.Or, break the note in two principal parts, one with and the other without recourse and you can do that at different rates, payment requirements and balloons required.

It would be best to have a CPA or tax preparer file both returns, as you'll need a CPA letter to verify that you've been self employed for the past two years, unless you have a business license for your city.Order a tax transcript to verify that your returns have been processed.

I've slowly been researching how to get started in this business that frankly I have no prior experience in whatsoever and after weeks of reading articles and listening to podcasts I realized that there is only so much value I can get from that information without actually getting out there and experiencing it so I decided I have to get started.So far I have registered with iFlip and got my squeeze pages set up allowing me to build my buyers list and I'm working on sending out my first batch of yellow letters to attract motivated sellers.
