Hi group I’m looking for lenders that have programs for heloc on investments properties I’m in lake county IL right now I believe is better to do a heloc or 2nd loan because if I do cash out refi I be loosing cash flow or any advise 

Yes, funds coming from your wife will be considered a gift if she is not a borrower on the new rental loan. 

Lessons learned is to ALWAYS have capital liquid for fixes and damages in the property and to always background check your tenant as a bank looks through your payment histories to give your the loan same with the tenants our current tenant has not missed a payment in 2.5 years, w/ a stable job and kids.

But there comes a point where it just does not make sense to even do the loan and it becomes a game of who will do it for the cheapest. 

I have house hacked 2 single family homes in Colorado Springs, moved out with both rentals cash-flowing very modest amounts annually, and am actively looking for the next property around Allentown, PA.My 2 options: Add to my portfolio and House Hack for the 3rd timeI know that house hacking will be the easiest barrier to entry around a big down payment, has the chance for a lower APR with a primary residence loan, and I am comfortable using this strategy as I have done it twice in the last 3 years.

My question is - if I wanted to take a loan out against that property to pay debt I owe in a different country and buy an investment property in a different country:1. would I be taxed on it? 

There is room for student loans if househacking IMO.  

Typically the terms on these loans are 3-5 years and require at least 50% down

My credit is fairly new but I do have a 730 credit score, is this good for loans in the area?
