Access to a dedicated real estate coordinator, kind of like your personal real estate concierge, who works closely with your agent as a team, is available to answer your questions and guides you through the buying and selling process.

Have you checked the tax records online to see who owns the property?

Redfin can give you the next best thing to MLS access... it's easy hunt down a ton of properties. if you're going to play the multiple agent route, call the listing agent of the property your looking at.

You can go online and check the Fair Market Rents that HUD uses to the determine payment standard amounts for the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program in select counties throughout the country here: https://www.huduser.gov/portal/datasets/fmr.html.  

A great commercial local bank and banker that you know personally can open many doors I know it has for me.I am very old school. though.. other than having my account on line..

Don’t use online resources as a primary source of data to base your decision making on when investing in RE.

They've used up their own capital and that of friends, family, and colleagues willing to invest with them but they still have access to more deals.
