I have to do a lot of studying a whole new world of building.

I know alot about real estate already, i have been studying R.E since 2005, even been in a couple transactions.

There was some other site that had done a study of some houses and zillow values.

I suggest you study real estate before trying to do deals in real estate.Buying Subject-To is not illegal in any state, but it can certainly lead to legal issues quickly, which might be the reason the attorneys you spoke to are avoiding or evading you.

If Tahoe is what you like, I suggest you take sometime and study its market cycles.

My design challenge is the home is only 1200 sq ft with 2 bedroom 2 baths and a study... should I shrink the study and bring the washer & dryer inside OR... just build a neat washroom space with plenty of storage in the garage? 

Although we have spent many years studying the crash in an effort to learn more about market indicators and cycles, we still lack the insight to accurately identify our market's current cycle. 

7) Do you have any constructive criticism or advice for me-a 19 year-old sophomore in college studying business- This could include skills I should work on, early in life decisions, or anything you could say "I wish I knew that when I was 19/20I would like to be involved and not 100% passive.

@Oraude Boston good strategy bro, funny im doing almost the exact same thing from NY but wholesaling in NJ, I've also been studying for the NY RE exam.

Several years ago I studied for and received my CA real estate license and did the same with a TX RE license and worked as a mortgage broker there for a few years before getting into healthcare account management.
