Looking at multi family in mt pleasant and I’m seeing all over online crime rate is very high but agents and PM’s saying the area isn’t bad.

@Carol D.They are a regulation a+ offering so they will be required to report bi annually the financials to the SEC and you can see financial strength of the company.Just remember most companies may issue distributions but are not profitable the first few years due to high startup costs for a company

They will not issue a security deposit check they will only give you a voucher letter to submit a claim.

Thank you, I can always shut them off and see what happens but wanted to avoid any unnecessary issues ;p 

One huge problem with Zillow is multi-family properties.  

We do plan to also list with ALE and some other sites, but curious if anyone that has used Apartments.com or a similar site has run into issues with screening potential tenants, since it's a much broader user group than something like FurnishedFinder or TravelNurseHousing.com.

Once again, for commercial multi-family. 

Praying they don’t give me any issues, is it safe to reach out and let them know my intentions before closing on the house?
