One is Keller Williams and the other is Barker Realty, which is a medium sized (about 50 agents - all full-time) company that is only located in Santa Fe, but are a big name in town and represent a large number of properties. 

Will I have to put my license with any company like Solid Source Realty, Drake Realty, etc.
