If I go buy a house as an investor right now using a rent to own model- there is no way the market rent would cover the nut- investors have had a hell of a time trying to even break even these past couple years.

What I'm doing in the meantime is trying to obtain a portfolio loan for 3 total properties in order to leverage the combined equity ( market here in Boston is nuts ) and secure one total loan, pay off my note & get a commercial line of credit to buy more properties cash & at value to add into the portfolio, thus re-upping the line.
