The master bed and bath are upstairs, and we have a finished basement.

The house is large for the area (3 story w/ finished basement and detached garage. 6 bed 3 full bath) and requires lots of upkeep in its current state, and is in a flood zone as it is right on the river, but it hasn't flooded. 

For reference its 1,800 sq. ft. 4 bed, 2.5 bath.

It’s a 2 bed 1 bath will need to sell at 96k. that’s including what I’d need to pay the remaining amount of mortgage closing cost and realtor but I have no idea how any of that works looking up anything on realtor related thing just takes me on a big advertisement adventure 

One popped up on the MLS for $111k (3 bed 3 bath 1300 sq ft.) 

I have to pay state lodging and bed taxes, every quarter, so basically, I just catch up on taxes 4x a year, and that's all.I buy a lot of things through Amazon Smile, and just copy and paste date straight from there into the sheet.

Before we condoize the property, we are deciding if we should completely redo the basement and turn it into its own separate 2 bed 1 bath apartment.

In the case of some of the properties, I'm looking at they are 2 bed 1 bath duplexes.
