I may be way-off here, but you are coming off as extremely emotional right now, and throwing a ton of different stuff on the board as it comes into your mind.I would suggest that you pause, take a deep breath, gather your thoughts, and take the time to write out a post that spells out exactly what is going on, and what guidance you are looking for.Again, I may be off-base, but that is how the posts are coming off to me.

Thought I would throw this one out to the wisdom of the masses of the good people here on BP, and see if it can help me come to a decision.I won't bore you with all the details of a mismanaged property and non paying tenant that eventually had to be evicted, as I am sure most of you have heard it all before - especially with the properties in Detroit.

Also I am in Ohio do I have to treat their stuff in any certain way I mean if I have their clothes in my hands do I have to be delicate or can I just throw them (I know it's vindictive but they owe me ($3000+) and why am I moving them out(rhetorical question)..
