Hi Daniel, you and your wife are obviously kind-hearted people but I think your emotions are getting the best of you and potentially your pocketbook. 

I'll assume you didn't mean to insult me and certain things you said were just a product of emotions bubbled over, and my intentions in this response are also good.

Analysis paralysis has a lot to do with emotion.

Has anyone had any experience like this where you need a temporary fill in? 

My wife and I have discussed some of the options to move forward with our REI journey, however we have a baby at home and 2 dogs and might not make ideal neighbors in a typical duplex triplex, although it may also be a temporary living situation until we move on to the next investments.Really looking for stories or even references to podcast/webinars where this is discussed.
