Steven,I'm not sure I am following your logic here--while I agree that there are far too many people not contributing to the system, the Fair Tax bypasses the need to tax income but instead shifts the burden to consumption.Here is a quick statement I found that does a pretty good job describing our current system contrasted with life under the FairTax:--------------Congressman Jim Bridenstine (OK-1)--The FairTax is the fair solution to many issues.

I would assume that because it is a product of after-tax contributions, then there should be a solution to being able to set up a ROTH IRA investment in real estate.To clarify, the reason I ask is that I have quite a bit of money invested into a ROTH IRA account that I would like to invest in real estate, whereas my 401k and Rollover IRA is currently tied up with my employer.Thanks in advance for any/all feedback!

The typical solution for a second note holder (you) would be to buy out the first lien position.Did you sell the first 85 payments and keep the second 85 payments which you won't collect until after the first is paid off (in about 5 more years)?
