The value and rental amounts in the subject area need to cash flow.

These are great for investors who don't show great income on the last 2 years of tax returns (tax returns/pay stubs wont' be necessary) and instead they'll qualify the loan based on FICO and the subject property's cash flow (DSCR).

Maybe the Supreme Court is just saying Congress needs to give this power to the Federal government, but the justices realize that any such law is still subject to their review for constitutionality. 

If I’m a well paid professional who gets paid $600 an hour and I can realistically add another 1 to 2 billable hours because I’m a highly experienced subject matter expert, that would be my highest and best use.
