I have realized that over the last 12+ years in corporate america that the stress, bureaucracy, and increasing hours are taking time away from my family, friends, hobbies, and myself.  

They make more money over charging and have less stress.   

They know it, and they know that it's not worth the killing mental stress or time to spend an extra 20 hours a week in the store for that $1000.

@Wes Brand....I just spent 20 min stressing over reserving a rental car (compact for $116 vs mustang $125).   

It sure has taken a bunch of stress off of me when I had that brain anuerism and stroke and could not walk anymore ever since that happened six years ago totally unexpected.  

So, I may be biased, but I see the darker side of tenants every day and I can only imagine that a tenant friendly state with an ever increasingly litigious society can only lead down a slow dark path. 

And some people just get really stressed out when they have debt. 

Bad contractors I think make up about 70% of the stress of renovating!  

My excuse is that, I would financially stressed if I didn't so I'm moving into my buddies house until I figure out what to do.

Can you make more money with 2/1, or 3/1, yes absolutely, but more people does come with more stress.
