With median income of $75k they can still easily afford the house.House in Milwaukee ranges from $75k to $600k, it's still doable to live in this county, there's almost no affordability issue in Milwaukee.

Develop the right relationships and they'll set you up for success.In my opinion, those who say it is not doable are simply operating from a place of fear and unknown.

Scale increases your probability of problems occurring.No problem managing one yourself, even 10-20 SFH is doable, but it is naive to think even that won't have challenges.

Of course you would need to look for the deal, but it is doable.
