I want to have a contract signed before any work gets started so there is no miscommunication and the expectations are there.My question is:Does anyone have any standard contracts they like to use?

That's been discontinued and now you just have to sign a form and ensure that the IECC criteria are met.

If you're using a Realtor for a simple transaction, the Realtor with form contracts might be sufficient. 

Without wanting to miss out I signed the agreement to purchase the house, put $1,000 down and put it under what will be my C-Corp name. 

The times I've won they've given me a couple days to sign and return docs along with the deposit/em. 

If you refinance this mortgage as an owner occupant, you will sign paperwork saying that you intend to occupy for a year. 

I signed on with them for two years and will be splitting profits 50:50.
