I am working with Final Cut Pro for video editing (big learning curve there) and am educating myself on how to shoot better quality video with by using the proper lighting, incorporating green screens, ect.....We have a long way to go, but the plan is to get this up and running in the 2nd quarter.

josh, continue to look for a 30 year. i find it surprising you hare having difficulties locating a lender. that's all i'm seeing around me....i also agree with the advice to shoot low. the worst that happens is that they say no!
