Brian, I am the victim of the scam for the property in Kiln MS.

Well, you know that pesky little "Scam Likely" you see pop up on your phone from time to time...?

I went to a free 'real estate guru' event in Los Angeles (where they get people to sign up for courses that cost thousands) and I left without buying anything and Googled the gurus name and the word scam and found a BP article.

I ask specifically because I came across this company via social media and there are many who are running some sort of scam.

@Syed Firoz the only disadvantage I could see is getting calls to sell the property or rental scams but those are anywhere you advertise these days

The company is real (ie, not a scam or fraud).

@Kelly Claiborne credit is a problem and finding hard money lenders that’s just no scams

Brian, as you probably know, there is a lot of fraud and scams on Craigslist.

I smell a scam.

Home warranty companies are a scam and they're exponentially worse on rental properties.
