My biggest goal with REI is to find a way to pull back from my job and retire early.

Trailers don't appreciate and Can really save you lots of money and allow a person on a retirement income to manage their life  much easier and still allow Independence.I would not recommend buying New as they loose more than 50% value just after buying.

One day when I retire and hire a PM company for my portfolio, I  will offer high fees as I want the job done right and I want peace of mind and no surprises, and that will cost you a little more. 

If it’s short term, you can borrow from retirement, friends family etc. if it’s long term.

We are looking to gain as much knowledge and guidance as we can from such a staggering collection of professionals and mentors in our chosen area to build a more financially solid foundation for our future retirement.  

The fact that millions of baby boomers are near or at retirement means that most are likely to take advantage of high home prices and sell what they can to fund their retirement.

I’m curious what roi investors are getting with rent to retirement and if there happy with there investment

As I often ponder the idea of retirement I was wondering if anyone has reverse house hacked a few houses to get the primary residence exemption on capital gains.

I speak with new investors every day, I could retire if I had a buck for each one who told me they were waiting on something (completely out of their control, btw) before they jump in.

I would consider my current situation, in terms of retirement, micro/macro budgeting, and my career income to be in great shape but i'm really looking for new avenues to take to create a passive income stream.
