I’ve heard this for years myself, but if this thread takes off it will be with some sort of credit card stacking scheme:(One guy I meet was pitching a sales pitch at a RE meetup and was promoting something more than credit card schemes, but he wanted 25k plus to help get you started.Hopefully someone will come on your thread offering more than credit cards with intro teaser rates.

I had to not only list and promote but I had to protect the equity during the negotiations with the prospect buyers, coordinate the move out with the tenant, who was previous property manager and was exercising all her rights which tend to make the situation less than ideal for sellers/landlords.

So when I see you promoting this kind of stuff I wonder what is going on with you.

Its hard looking ahead because the market may shift, but aside from it not being able to capture discounts, promotions and blocked days very well I find it to be pretty accurate. 

The folks at Fair Housing are aware of issues due to hoarding such as health and safety - the housekeeping addendum is intended to "promote" health and safety for all residents within any building.

If you park enough cash with the right brokerage you can often times pick up a nice promotion bonus.  

If you notice, the author has a corporation, that is a totally different animal having stock and any loan to a corp, secured or not can be seen as a bond.Problem with blogs is they are usually only the tip of an issue, designed to draw attention as to have the author perceived as some expert, the expertise or knowledge of the author usually leading to some marketing agenda.When you read any blog, look to who the author is, the difficulty or sophistication of the subject matter, their experience and education as well as certifications in that area and the nature of the blog, the intent behind it, is it just informational or is there some expectation of promoting a company or product or related subject matter?
