What option would be better investment decision and why?

That is a poor investment.

I want to do it but I need to retire eventually too:) I just want to make a sound, smart, well informed decision.

Hello Bindu,I recommend talking to a couple of agents before you make a decision...need to make sure personalities work well together. 

But I made some rocky decisions along the way that were great learning points and that did not sink the ship.
