My wife did a tour with him and looked at the housing for one of them. we knew it may be limited, so the plan was to start the paperwork to get the ball rolling.

I'm not currently planning on actually selling each unit individually myself, but I would hope having the approved paperwork would up my sale price.

Just agree in principle before you go to the lawyer so you hit him with a handful of bullets to draw up the paperwork. 

Or you first get your check and once everything ok then you get the paperwork done?

The owners are certifying several things, and they also verify emotional support animals to make sure proper paperwork is submitted.

@Elizabeth Hernandez I wouldn't worry about it if you have all your paperwork in order.

If you did not have a software, how would you organize your paperwork to keep track of your rentals?

I have no experience with sec 8 but years ago I had a friend who did sec 8 and it was a constant hassle and from what I learn from him I want no part of it.When asked about sec 8 my response is that I really don’t know anything about it and if the prospect wants the run the paperwork for approval I may consider it.
